Fairness - Always
Character - Doing the right thing when nobody's looking
Empathy - Recognize and understand the feelings, thoughts, and attitudes of others
Responsibility - Be accountable for your actions for both ethics and error
Honesty - Even if respectfully blunt
Restraint - Bridge burning hurts both sides
Humility - Don't let ego get in the way of decisions or how you treat others
Patients - Know when to take a step back before an action

This applies to all administrative and moderation staff. Speaking out is expected if any of these are not followed by staff. Use the contact form on the blog or private message an administrator on this forum if this is the case.
