The former top selling cereal brand for children gets little support from Quaker and its parent company Pepsi. Parents and activists are wising up about the sugar their children are consuming so some of the bigger offenders are being hit. Even with lowering of the sugar and fat, there's been recent rumors of Cap'n Crunch cereals coming to an end.
The official Twitter account for the cereal is seemingly trying to keep people calm and informing people that the brand will stick around.
I don't eat those kinds of cereal, but I wouldn't mind maybe picking up a box now and then. I use to like that sugared junk.
